Product Information

EZ-Slide® 80-20 Talc/Graphite Seed-Flow Dry Powder Lubricant is blended especially for use with treated seed in planting boxes. Originally developed for use in pressure planters for controlling moisture issues and lubricating, it also works exceptionally well in conventional seed planters in replacement of pure graphite. The talc reduces moisture, while the graphite helps the seed move effortlessly through the planter. RM-0901 is available in a handy to use 8 lb container and in 40 lb bulk powder boxes. Environmentally safe, natural mineral blend of graphite and talc that will not hurt seeds or plantings. Small seeds will slide easily off planter plates. Seed SLIK™ SG Blend has a unique talc/graphite blend (80/20) and is commonly used in many new mechanical plate and vacuum planters for increased lubricity and wear protection. It aids in reducing particle agglomeration that is common when using a 100% talc powder in higher humidity environments. Common applications are: Mechanical plate planters and vacuum planters.
