Bought a garage in a box, cover tore from front to back after 2 years. Degraded so bad you could almost see through the fabric where sun shines on it. Not UV protected. Very disappointed with it and Shelter Logic customer support. Only 1 year warranty. Replacement covers are more than original cost

The warranty is for 12 months. At 14 months the top cover split end to end. ShelterLogic sold me a replacement cover that is 3 times heavier, and gave me a small credit, but the cost of the replacement cover was more than twice what I paid UFA for the entire shelter. I am disappointed that UFA is selling goods that don't stand up.

I purchased this and put it up according to the instructions. The cover was nice and snug over the frame. The frame was securely anchored. It lasted less than two years and the cover has developed splits. Shelter Logic only provides a 1 year warranty, and then you are on your own. Replacement covers only, will cost me $1300 Cdn for HD and $1600 Cdn for Ultra Duty plus shipping from Quebec. These shelters are not worth buying in the first place if they only last just over a year. I can use 1x4 wood strapping and cover it with metal roofing for the same price and it will last for many years. This product is not good value.
