48 IN x 10 LF TOP LOCK SLATS BLACK - Phoenix Fence is a stocking distributor of Top Lock Privacy Slats which provide an economical and attractive way to enhance the privacy of any Residential, Commercial or Industrial Chain Link Fence. The locking system is located near the top of the slats to ensure a clean, straight edge along the top of the fence, further enhancing its appearance.
