UFA MarketPLACE provides a larger selection of products for customers/members to purchase online, which are provided by an assortment of vendors through These trusted vendors handle fulfillment and customer service for the items they sell.

All products sold by a MarketPLACE Vendor will be indicated as “Sold by ___” vendor, if there is more than one vendor it will show the amount (3+) that you can purchase from.

Unfortunately, you cannot earn patronage on any UFA MarketPLACE product purchases at this time.

Purchase inquires for products purchased on UFA MarketPLACE must go directly to the vendor that the product was purchased from. To reach out directly to the vendor, use your product order information that you received in an email if you checked out as a guest, or you can sign into your myUFA account to view your order details and contact the vendor.

No, you may checkout as a guest.

Yes, UFA handles all the UFA MarketPLACE transactions directly and the vendors never see your payment information. Transactions are backed by Moneris 3-D Secure.

Vendors can choose to participate, and their product prices will be updated accordingly.

We recommend that you pick-up your items within 7 days.

You must pick-up your order from the Farm and Ranch Store. If you no longer want the item and it is a returnable item (refer to MarketPLACE Vendor Return Policy) you will need to contact the vendor to initiate the return.

No, you are unable to use your UFA Charge Account for MarketPLACE orders. You can still use your UFA Charge Account for items from UFA’s existing eCommerce assortment that are regularly stocked at UFA.

No. UFA is unable to accept gift cards as a form of payment on for either MarketPLACE orders or for our regularly stocked eCommerce products.

Contact the MarketPLACE vendor using the email you received with your order (for customers that checked out as a guest) and view the Order Details page, or log into your existing myUFA account under “My Orders” and viewing the Order Details page. From there, you can Open an Incident with the vendor.

"Contact Vendor" is used if you have general questions for the Vendor about their product or your order. “Open Incident” is used if there is an issue with the order. A list of incident opening reasons are provided below:

  • Item not received
  • Item not as Expected
  • Defective/Damaged item
  • Initiate a return/refund
  • Counterfeit item
  • Delivery took longer than expected

Unfortunately, no. Items must be picked up or shipped to the location that was selected when the order was placed.

UFA uses Canada Post Address Complete and we understand that not all addresses show up in the list, which prevents us from shipping to your address.

Shipping FAQ

UFA MarketPLACE orders are packed and shipped by each vendor separately. Shipping options available for UFA MarketPLACE are dependent on the vendor. Each vendor may offer:  

  • Pick-up at a UFA Farm & Ranch Supply store location, or   the product delivered directly to your location.  You can only choose one or the other, you cannot choose both pickup in-store and direct delivery for a single vendor.
  • It is possible to have both pickup in-store items and items delivered to your location within one MarketPLACE order, but the items would need to be from different vendors. Available options will be presented during the checkout process.

Many of our vendors offer free shipping options, and only charge shipping on larger items that require special delivery. See the vendor’s policy on the vendor page for more details.

Vendors will indicate their own shipping timelines.

UFA MarketPLACE items can be delivered to Farm & Ranch Supply stores, but not to Petroleum Agencies.

When the vendor ships your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking ID number included

An order can be cancelled by contacting the vendor directly prior to shipment. Once a package has shipped, you will need to contact the vendor to start the return process (assuming the product is returnable). Please refer to the Vendor’s return policy.  

You will be required to provide your MarketPLACE order number or a copy of your order email (printed or on your mobile device), as well as a piece of government issued ID. 

Returns FAQ

Locate the Vendor’s return policy on their vendor page. Verify the item can be returned. The Vendor may charge return shipping fees. Follow the return process as directed on the Vendor page. Please note:  MarketPLACE purchases cannot be returned at UFA Farm & Ranch stores. 

The Vendor return policy can be found on the vendor page. Please note, UFA MarketPLACE return policies are unique to each vendor and are not the same as UFA’s standard return policies. 

Find the Vendor’s return policy on their vendor page, make sure the item can be returned and check if they charge return shipping fees and if applicable, the return process.

No, products cannot be returned to UFA stores; Returns need to be made directly with the vendor.

The Vendor will process and complete returns within 1 Business Day of receiving the returned product. Following the return of the product, customer will be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days after a refund is processed for the service provider to deposit funds to the original payment method.

All MarketPLACE Vendors have their own unique return policies.  Products purchased through MarketPLACE are covered under the Vendor return policies and therefore do not fall under the UFA Return Policy.
