Chapin’s 84700A 25-pound professional handheld bag seeder is built with SureSpread™ technology so there’s an even spread pattern every time. It’s designed for smaller landscapes, lawns, and gardens. Featuring a heavy-duty, waterproof, zipper-top bag, it’s compatible with a variety of seeds and granular fertilizers. A stationary rear baffle keeps the material spread to the front and sides only. The gearbox is enclosed and protected from the elements. A padded, adjustable shoulder strap makes carrying 25 pounds over the shoulder comfortable and a convenient application chart is located on the bottom of the spreader. This unit is not recommended for salt products, sand, sand mixes, lime, and pelletized lime mixes.
