The Steinbit is an exceptional tool to have on hand during any fishing trip. It is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, making it an ideal gift for any angler, regardless of their experience. Living along the coast with the North Sea as our neighbour, we understand fishing better than most. The Steinbit is a classic product that we have been producing for over three decades, specifically designed to meet the needs of anglers on any fishing expedition, be it on the river, out on the fjord, or in the vast ocean. We refrain from wishing anyone "good fortune" before a fishing trip, as it's considered bad luck in Norway. Crafted with a curly birch handle, which has been meticulously hand-sanded to a satin finish to accentuate the wood's unique patterns, the blade is slender and elongated, sharpened and polished to a razor-sharp edge straight out of the box. The blade is fashioned from 12C27 stainless steel and features a razor-sharp, thin Scandinavian grind that is ready for action straight out of the sheath.
