Return policy
If a customer does not want item/changed their mind, the item can be returned. This is only valid within 30 days of shipment and ONLY IS ITEM IS UNUSED o Customer is responsible to ship the item back o Will receive a full refund less our initial shipping cost, once we have received the return o Item must be in re-sellable condition upon return. If item is ok but packaging is damaged, 25% restocking fee taken off the refund is to be applied If item is not resellable (too dirty/beat up/looks used) o Used items are not refundable unless faulty due to manufacturer defect Improper installation resulting in failure is NOT eligible for any refund • Any item that has been in the water is NOT eligible for return unless faulty due to manufacturer defect • If item is faulty (with correct installation) we send the customer a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the faulty item is returned
