Return policy

At Shop Blue Dog 3PL & Warehousing Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Shop Blue Dog 3PL & Warehousing Inc to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must have a valid RA number before returning any items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria. We offer free returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for any returns initiated after 30 days. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. We will refund the full purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping and handling fees, or discounts. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exceptions to our returns policy include final sale items and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
