Return policy
tradecart.com wishes to make your shopping experience with us pleasant and completely satisfactory. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a “No Questions” 30-day return policy. Please review our Returns policy below: Returns made due to Damaged (in shipping) or Defective Product(s) or In-correct Product(s) Shipped: We will send a return label via email in case of defective or incorrect products are shipped. Please print the return label from your email and return the product/s back to us. Once we receive the defective shipment in our warehouse, we process and ship out a new order within 2-3 business days. Tradecart.com will also issue a complete refund if the Customer does not want the replacement product/s. Once a product is returned & received in our warehouse, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days. Customer Returns or Refuses any Shipment: 1. Returned products must be unopened and sealed unless defective for returns and shipment refusals. 2. Product/s must be returned within 30 days. 3. We will not charge any restocking fee. 4. Once a product is returned & received in our warehouse, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.
