Return policy

All returns must be authorized by a Keller Equipment Supply representative BEFORE you send any items back. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please reference the (RMA) return authorization number given to you. All goods returned must be unused (unless returning for warranty purposes,) and in the original packaging. Any items returned for warranty will be decided by the Manufacturer and communicated to you if approved or denied. Charges for any shipping and insuring packages are the customers responsibility.
