Return policy

Cancellation and Return Policy: At Halifax North America, we work hard to process orders within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need to cancel your order, please try to do so on the same day. If the item has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. If the order has already shipped, we will do our best to have the carrier return the package to us. If that isn’t possible, we kindly ask you to refuse delivery when it arrives. Once the item is confirmed on its way back to us, we’ll process your refund within 2–3 business days. Please note, it may take your bank an additional 3–7 business days to return the funds to your account. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return an item, Halifax North America accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping fees may be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out to us within 7 days. We may ask for photos or videos to help process your claim quickly. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. In cases where a replacement is needed, fulfillment will depend on product availability.
