Return policy

Taiga Building Products will only accept the return of products within 30 days of their date of delivery. Further conditions of return apply. - Packaging must be un-opened and in re-sellable condition. Items with damage to packaging or product are not eligible for return - Products purchased after the issuance of a discontinuation notice - identified as such at time of purchase - are final sale, and are not eligible for return. - All special orders - identified as such at time of purchase - are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please be advised, Taiga charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned products; deducted from the credit amount issued once product is returned to our yard. Products returned after 30 days will be approved or declined at the discretion of the inventory management team and may result in additional restocking costs. Credit will only be issued once the product is returned to Taiga Building Products in re-sellable condition and inspected and approved by a Taiga Representative. A return authorization Bill of Lading must be provided by the driver/customer before the product will be offloaded. Arrangement and cost of return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser, not Taiga Building Products.
