Return policy

Tough Duck offers a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase on apparel and accessories. Garments must be returned in their original packaging and be in resalable condition to qualify for a credit to your account. We do not accept returns that are altered or embroidered, damaged through abuse/misuse, or show excessive use. Returns are not available on discontinued merchandise, clearance, or liquidations. Please reach out to us for a return authorization and please note, customer will be responsible for return freight costs.
