Return policy
DK2 will not accept returns past 30-days if your product is in original condition, if your product has a manufacturer defect or damaged parts, the time limit is then increased to one (1) year. Your 1-year warranty DOES NOT cover “disposable parts” such as blades, teeth, hardware (nuts, bolts, springs, etc.), winch straps, cable or rope (winches), belts, chains, tires, bearings or hub assemblies, plow springs, plow markers, plow snow deflectors, dust caps and scraper blades, as well as labor and installation charges, and delivery and/or shipping charges (unless due to DK2 error) PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION Within the one (1) year warranty period, the purchaser of the product must notify an authorized distributor or dealer of the claimed defect and provide proof of original purchase. The validity of the claim will be determined and a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) will be issued. No returned product will be accepted unless accompanied by an RGA# issued by Detail K2 Inc.
