Please contact customer service 15 days following your receipt of product for return instructions at 800-363-9312 or rma@groupebbh.com. Should product be deemed returnable, it must be in resellable condition and returned within 6 months of getting a return authorization number. Should the product have a manufacturer defect or is damaged in transition, when contacting customer service via email, please include a picture of the defect or damage with a copy of your receipt. A customer service agent will be in contact with you with the next steps.
