Return Policy Delcan Products Ltd. may accept item(s) returned for credit under the following conditions: - Only if written approval has been obtained by authorized personnel. - Only standard, regular stocked Item(s). - Item(s) to be in new and original packaged condition. - Original Invoice date of the item(s) cannot exceed more than ninety (90) days prior to the return. - Item(s) returned to Delcan Products Ltd. must be shipped pre-paid by the purchaser. - Item(s) accepted for return are subject to a restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%). - Unaccepted item(s) returned to Delcan Products Ltd. will be held for thirty (30) days. - This policy does not apply to defective item(s).
