Return policy

Ventmere values customer satisfaction as the top priority. Customers may return the products up to 30 days from the original date of ordering. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We prioritize the satisfaction and safety of all our customers. Due to hygiene considerations and to ensure fairness and equality among all customers, purchases of Body Glove products will be final sale. This policy, implemented to maintain hygiene standards and equal treatment for all, once a Body Glove product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
