Return policy

REIN IT IN RETURN POLICY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 5 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been worn, washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. FINAL SALE Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Contact us for help with sizing. REFUND POLICY Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. RETURN SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA Rein It In is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your item(s), please start the process by filling out our Exchange and Return Policy Form. Once we receive the request along with pictures, we will review the details and confirm approval. If the request is approved, we will provide you with a Canada Post return label. A $10-$20 return shipping fee will deduct from the payment of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES IN CANADA We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. We cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. RETURN PROCESS You can initiate your return directly via the order product page. You can access it via your UFA account or the link shared in the order confirmation email.
