Return policy
1. The customer must first contact Sunnybrook Welding with their return request to initiate any Sunnybrook Welding part return. 2. Authorization must be received prior to the customer’s return of any part(s). 3. Any Sunnybrook Welding product that has been authorized for return must be sent by the customer freight prepaid directly to Sunnybrook Welding. 4. Merchandise must be in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged back to the customer for all merchandise received/returned. 5. Credit will be issued to the customer after Sunnybrook Welding receives the product. NOTE: Any parts sent to Sunnybrook Welding without first receiving authorization will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.
