Due to oversized freight and inventory management, Buffer Valley Industries does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on the UFA MarketPLACE platform, and all sales are final. Exceptions to Return Policy All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty. Customers that have purchased a product that is found to be defective due to an assembly error will be compensated in ONE of the following ways: - Replacement of faulty part, freight paid by the customer. - Payment of faulty part's value, not including freight. Value to be determined by the Manufacturer.
