    How to return or exchange your purchase: Fill in the required information on your Free Exchange / E-Z Return Form, and place it in the box with your shoes. Place the PRE-PAID return shipping label on the outside of the box. Be sure to keep a record of the tracking number of the shipping label. Give the box to Purolator.
