SureSafe Supplies Return/Exchange Policy At SureSafe Supplies, we are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. In alignment with maintaining stringent hygienic standards, and to ensure the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns nor issue refunds. All sales are final, as per our no return / no refund policy. However, we believe in the durability and reliability of our products, and as such, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our products against any manufacturing defects. Warranty Details: SureSafe Supplies warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, when used for their intended purpose. This warranty extends for 90 days from the date of delivery. If you discover a defect within this period, you must notify us in writing within 30 days after you have reason to believe that a defect exists. We retain the right to inspect the claimed defective products at a time and place that we reasonably request. Products shall only be returned to us upon written authorization. The remedies under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall SureSafe Supplies be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with this agreement or with the use or inability to use the products furnished under this agreement. In the event of a product defect, SureSafe Supplies' maximum liability shall not exceed, and the buyer's sole remedy shall be either: 1) Repair or replacement of the defective products, or at SureSafe Supplies' option, 2) Exchange of the products. Such a remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy. Any warranty for products not covered by SureSafe Supplies' warranty will be limited to the warranty provided by the original manufacturer, if any. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
