Return policy

If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition. We will reimburse you for the amount of the parts, however original freight will not be reimbursed and you will be responsible for the cost of the return freight. To initiate the return process, please reach out to us via the order page within a consumer's account or via the link shared in the order confirmation email, to be issued an RWA number and receive further instructions. Warranty claims will be honored only after Gaber Distributors inspects the product. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges. If the product is warranted, reimbursement of these charges will be considered. For tools or parts sold by Gaber Distributors, a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase applies. This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of any tool or part that is damaged due to a material manufacturer’s defect. It does not cover damage resulting from use. If the exact tool or part is unavailable for replacement, and no comparable or equivalent item is manufactured or sold by Gaber Distributors, a store credit will be issued for the original purchase value. Warranty coverage is void if the tools or parts have been altered by the purchaser or any end user.
