Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If your return is accepted, we will send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow 1-2 business days for re-authentication and processing. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted. If you wish to avoid shipping fees, Toronto customers can also use the option to make a return at our store. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in your account.
