BRBCA Machines Terms & Conditions – Return Policy: By placing the order with BRBCA Machines, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the below Terms and Conditions: By placing an order with BRBCA Machines on the United Farmers of Alberta (UFA.CA) website, you acknowledge that we are a third-party seller located in the USA. You also confirm that you have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions: We are based in the USA, and your order will be shipped from there. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to account for customs and transit time. Most orders are shipped through the Standard United Postal Services (USPS) Shipping Service. Remember, all products bought from BRBCA Machines, LLC cannot be returned to a United Farmers of Alberta-UFA store — they must be returned to the BRBCA Machines, LLC by mail. To learn about which products or categories are eligible for return, and how to return a product, see below: If you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). For most items, you have 30-calendar days from the date when you receive the delivery to make a return with the following exceptions. BRBCA Machines follows the Standard Return Policy for other items & categories that are not listed in this Return Policy. Failure to initiate the return for a product within 30-calendar days from the date when you receive the delivery will be deemed to be a permanent acceptance of the product. Return is not allowed for any reason after this point. The return must go to our return warehouse with a valid RMA# on the label via carrier with tracking showing pickup on or before the expiration of the RMA# assigned to you via email. BRBCA Machines reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in the condition as it was delivered to customer. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is only valid for 7 days of issuing the RMA#. To obtain an RMA Number, please contact Customer Service via email ONLY from your order form. RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS: (1) TVs, cell phones, appliances, tablets, laptops, computers, video cameras/camcorders, handbags, watches and jewelries: These items with open packaging or labels & tags that have been removed are not eligible for return. (2) TVs, cell phones, appliances, tablets, laptops, computers, video cameras/camcorders, handbags, watches and jewelries that are opened and used that didn't arrive damaged condition are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange after 15-calander day of delivery. Please inspect the item upon delivery and refuse the delivery if for any reasons the packaging appears to be damaged/open. (3) Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer cannot be returned. (4) Delivered items mandatory damage reporting requirement: You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72-hour of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. To report damages items, please send an email ONLY from your UFA.CA account. (5) We cannot accept returns for inkjet printers or ink cartridge/ribbon (once ink cartridge/ribbon has been opened/installed). (6) Keys of any kinds are not returnable. Restocking Fees: (1) A 15% restocking fee apply on items such as consumer electronics. These items must be returned unused and with the original box, product packaging, accessories, and parts. (2) Customer pay for the return shipping. (3) Restocking fees do not apply when item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered. (4) We do not accept return after 30-calendar day from the date of delivery unless the return was authorized via email through the Store Message system and a valid RMA# was provided to customer. If the customer still decided to return the item without any prior authorization, the seller will make every effort to contact the customer from the UFA.CA message system to send the unauthorized return back to the customer. The customer will be responsible to provide a pre-paid label to return the item back. The item will be liquidated after 30-day of first communication with the customer if no amicable agreement was made. Shipping Address: Customer is responsible to provide the accurate shipping address. We will not be able to change or modify the shipping address. Order Cancellations: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. General Condition Guidelines: New: Brand-new, unused item in its original packaging and comes with all original packaging materials. Refurbished: A refurbished product has been restored to working order. The item may not be in its original packaging. Refused/Returned/Buyer Remorse Shipments: Shipments that are returned for any reason such as incorrect shipping address, Buyer Remorse or refused delivery acceptance will be charged for to and from actual shipping fees, customs & duties. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reasons. Refunds will take up to 5-7 business days to process from the date that BRBCA Machines receives the merchandise. Items eligible for return or exchange only if unopened: The following products can only be returned or exchanged if the original packaging is unopened: Major appliances: except Open Box, floor models, and Miele major appliances, which are all non-returnable. Baby, nursery, and maternity products: except baby monitors, gates, and highchairs, which can be returned if opened. Beauty, grooming, and personal care products: except hair dryers, hair straighteners, and curling irons, which can be returned if opened. Fitness equipment: Computer components and upgrades: Physical software, blank media (e.g., blank CDs), and entertainment media (including video games, music, and movies): Office supply and other consumables (ink, toner, replacement lamps/bulbs, effect fluid and gels, etc.): Paper supplies (paper, writing instruments, etc.): Headphones, PC headsets, gaming headsets, and virtual reality headsets: Microphones: DJ and karaoke equipment, musical instrument consumables (e.g., guitar strings, mouthpieces, and earplugs, etc.), and wind instruments (e.g., harmonicas): Beverage dispensers or soda machines with compressed gas: Photo film: Batteries: Cleaning supplies and chemicals: Pools: Replacement parts: Miele Care Collection and Miele Care products such as (but not limited to) vacuum dust bags and accessories, dishwashing tablets, and other appliance care: Car alarm, remote starters, and modules: Robotic STEM kits, such as (but not limited to) Abilix products: Toilets and bidets:
