**Items(S) CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-STORE at a UFA Farm & Ranch Supply Stores . TO START AN ONLINE RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL SIMPLE BOUTIQUE (THE SELLER) 1. Returns period: - Request to return product must be made within 30 days of delivery to customer. 2. Items in the following condition can be returned: - ‘Defective/Damaged/Incorrect’, ‘Unopened box’ or ‘Opened box & unused with original packaging included’. Opened packaging is accepted but should not be damaged. 3. Items in the following category or condition cannot be returned: - Products with hygiene issues such as bedding, clothing, headphones or others are considered final sale and non-returnable. - Products that have been altered, cut, modified, painted or similarly changed from the condition received are not returnable. 4. Restocking fees - No restocking fee will apply for returns but if an order has been returned without authorization or not in accordance with our return policy, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to have the item returned to them. 5. Shipping charges: - Simple Boutique will be responsible for all shipping costs when product is defective/damaged/incorrect. - For all other cases, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs but we can help with shipping charge by offering you a return shipping cost at our negociated rates with UPS and take it from the refund. 6. Following information must be included in ‘return request’ message to Simple Boutique: - Product SKU & description - Number of items to be returned - Date product was received by customer - Condition of product - Condition of packaging - Reason for return 7. Following documents must be included in returned package: - Return Authorization Number (RA) supplied by Simple Boutique - Original packaging - Original labels/tags - Any product accessories - Manuals/warranty cards 8. Return packaging: - The item must be returned in original packaging and safely packed in box or bubble wrap same way it has been received, Packaging must be safe for preventing product damage durring return and sticking labels directly on retail box is prohibited and may result in refused at delivery. 9. Refund process - Simple Boutique will process refund within 3 to 5 business week days of receipt of product. **Customer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us specially if shipped by you own.
