Return policy

King Canada Return and Warranty Policy At King Canada, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a clear return and warranty policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient return process: 1. Return Period Purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. A proof of purchase with date (copy of invoice) is required to issue a warranty. All Einhell, King Canada, and Performance Plus products retailing for $100 or less are to be returned to the King Canada retailer at the point of purchase for evaluation. They are not serviced by King Canada service centers. 2. Warranty Coverage 2-Year Limited Warranty: Applies to all Einhell and King Canada branded tools, machinery, and accessories; King Industrial branded electric motor-powered tools; Silent Series air compressors and accessories; Performance Plus branded portable tools and accessories; Excelsior branded tools, machinery, and accessories; and Connect 1 cordless tools and accessories. This warranty covers material and electrical defects for home use. 1-Year Limited Warranty: Applies to Power Force branded gasoline motor-powered tools, machinery, and accessories; King Industrial gasoline engines and motor-powered tools; and King and King Industrial air compressors (except for the Silent Series, which has a 2-year warranty). This warranty covers material and electrical defects for home use. Warranties only cover manufacturer defects arising from normal use. Items showing misuse or abuse, including broken or damaged tool bodies, are not covered. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. 3.Return Authorization (RGA) Number All returns for credit require authorization and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To obtain an RGA number, please contact our Customer Service team at RGA@kingcanada.com for written authorization and return instructions. The RGA number must be clearly visible on a copy of the sales invoice or packing slip, and it must be written on the outside of the shipping box containing the returned product(s). The reason for the return must also be stated on the packing slip included in the return shipment. 4. Component Replacement for Cordless Tools King Canada authorizes service centers or distributors to perform over-the-counter replacements of major components (such as batteries, chargers, drill chucks, and switches) for Einhell, Performance Plus and Connect 1 cordless tools, instead of returning entire units. Replacement components will be provided to the authorized distributor by King Canada. 5. Reporting Damage or Concealed Damage If damage is evident, this should be reported on the waybill at the time of receiving. If concealed damage is discovered, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Please retain all shipping containers and packing materials and ensure "DAMAGED" is noted on the signed receiver when accepting the shipment. If an item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us immediately to submit a claim for a return. 6. Shipping Costs for Returns If the product is defective or damaged, King Canada will cover the freight costs for the return. If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason not related to product defect or damage, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 7. Unauthorized Returns Unauthorized returns, or returns without an RGA number, may not be accepted. Additionally, any associated shipping charges for unauthorized returns will not be reimbursed. Important Notes: •Decisions for warranty repair or replacement are at the discretion of King Canada or its appointed Service Centers, and all decisions are final. •King Canada does not permit retailers to exchange contractor tools and industrial machinery. These should be referred to a King Canada authorized service center. •King Canada shall not be liable for death, injuries, or incidental, special, or consequential damages to properties arising from the use of products.
