Return policy

All unused/unopened items may be returned within 30 days of shipment. Used items are not eligible for refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Ontario warehousing facility. Once we have confirmed that the item is in new, re-sellable condition, we will issue a full refund (less the initial shipping cost). If the item arrives back new with damaged packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the total refund. If an item is to be returned for a manufacturer warranty issue, a prepaid shipping label will be issued. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage due to improper use/installation.
