Return policy

FORJARS® Return Policy At FORJARS®, we take pride in providing high-quality canning, preserving, and kitchen products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following guidelines: 1. Eligibility for Return Returns are accepted within 30/90??? days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items or products that have been used. 2. Process for Returns To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@forjars.ca with the following information: Your order number A description of the item(s) you wish to return Reason for return Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including a return address and, if applicable, a return shipping label. 3. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Exchanges can be arranged for the same item or a different product of equal value, depending on stock availability. 4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). 5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit depending on your preference.
