Return policy

Merchandise Returns: All new products* can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund but any shipping charges are of the responsibility of the customer. Return Authorization # will be issued and product* returns after 30 days will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All returned goods must be factory sealed, in saleable condition, not dated, priced or damaged. Please ensure goods are sent by prepaid freight and the RA# is written on the outside of the box. Freight-collect shipments, or shipments without a visible and valid RA#, will be refused. A Return Authorization is not a guarantee that merchandise will be accepted for credit. All goods being returned must adhere to the terms of our merchandise return policy. Goods not adhering to our policy will be refused and returned to the customer or assessed further restocking fees. All returns will be credited at the lower of original or current selling price. *Excludes open, damaged, clearance, discontinued and special-order items and booking orders.
