Equine One prides itself on providing unrivaled product quality and innovation. We are happy to accept returns on some products within 30 days of purchase date and refund your full payment that’s how confident we are that you will love the product. Equine One must receive a returned product before a credit for the returned product can be issued. Product returns should be pre-approved by Equine One and received within 14 business days of authorization of the return. Unauthorized returns may be destroyed and not reimbursed. Unfortunately, Equine One cannot accept returns if a product shows signs of use, damages or stains. After approval is obtained, please: Use a shipping service that provides tracking (UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, DHL, USPS Expedited) Include name, address, contact information on a printed paper inside of the box Include original brush and the can in resalable condition Retain all records Only purchases made directly from shop equine.one or hoofdoctor.ca qualify for return policy. If you purchased from a trusted partner, please contact them directly. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from a third party. TRANSPORTATION CHARGES Must be prepaid by customer unless shipping costs are waived when the return authorization is approved. No credit will be issued for the administration, shipping, or handling of returns, including third party processing fees, with the exception of product received by customer as damaged and product received by customer in error.
