Return policy
Bylsma Imports Return Policy - UFA If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, see below for details on returns and details surrounding shipping. Eligibility for Returns We gladly accept returns on most items purchased through our online store, provided they meet the following conditions: • The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date. • The item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. • The item is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable product • You can provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Non-Returnable Items While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: • Any special-order items • Any clearance or final sale items We have designed a straightforward return process to ensure efficiency: Step 1: Initiate the Return UFA will be unable to process the return and will not accept in-store returns. To begin a return, please visit our Returns Center on our website or contact our customer support team via email or phone. You will need your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Once your return request is submitted, our team will review the information and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. In some cases, we may issue you a prepaid return label. Step 3: Package the Item Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Attach the provided return label or clearly write the RAN on the package. Step 4: Ship the Return Drop off your package at the designated shipping provider or schedule a pickup, if available. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return is processed. Step 5: Inspection and Refund Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Refunds: Methods and Processing Times • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically range from 3 to 5 business days after the return is approved. • Partial refund or no refund may be offered if your item shows signs of use or is missing parts (subject to our discretion). Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please initiate the return process for the original item as described above. Once your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order for the desired item. In certain cases, we may be able to assist with direct exchanges, depending on availability. Please contact our customer support for assistance. Any defective or damaged items are not viable for exchange, as all sales are “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults in accordance with UFA policies. Return Shipping Costs • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs. • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if a prepaid label is provided. • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International Returns For customers outside of Canada, the return process and eligibility remain largely the same. However, please note: • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error. • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid at delivery are non-refundable. • Clearly mark your return as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
