Established in 2024 to be the Canadian distributor of glassSTEEL and instaGRIP product lines, Can Patch has grown to service multiple different industries. Return policy

Returns are valid within 30 days of shipment and only if item is in original, unopened packaging. Customer is responsible to ship the item back and will receive a full refund less our initial shipping cost, once we have received the return. Item must be in re-sellable condition upon return. If packaging is damaged, a 25% restocking fee will be taken off the refund amount. If item is not re-sellable (too dirty/opened packaging) there will be no refund issued. Used items are not refundable unless faulty due to manufacturer defect Improper installation resulting in failure is NOT eligible for any refund. If item is faulty (with correct installation), we will require a photo or video evidence of product failure and then either provide a replacement product or refund.
