UFA Co-operative is excited to announce the appointment of Kim Clauss as Chief People and Culture Officer, effective December 8, 2025.
Kim brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, having guided people and culture strategies across diverse industries including energy, technology and real estate. Her expertise spans organizational growth, cultural alignment and executive leadership through mergers and acquisitions.
Holding advanced degrees in global management and business administration, Kim is also a recognized professional in the Human Resources field with multiple certifications, including CPHR, SHRM-SCP and AECP.
